WinSnap позволяет делать скриншоты экрана монитора и редактировать полученные изображения. WinSnap может захватывать скриншоты нестандартных окон, которые имеют не строго прямоугольную форму. Кроме того, программа способна автоматически исправлять некоторые недостатки в графике, накладывать тени, сохранять результаты в большинстве графических форматов.
